Applied Research Solutions is seeking a full-time Logistics Planning Subject Matter Expert to work on-site at Hanscom Air Force Base, MA.

Job Responsibilities:
• Assist the HNI Weapon Systems and Programs in planning for and implementing sound logistics practices throughout their lifecycles.
• Review and make recommendations on Acquisition Strategies and program planning documents, tracking logistics metrics on fielded capabilities, etc.
• Support the development of Analysis of Alternatives, lifecycle product support plans, installation/implementation planning, network optimization, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Assist Program Management Offices (PMOs) with planning, budgeting, and executing required modernization efforts and technical refreshes, including executing the Air Force’s CAMs process for HNI programs and weapon systems and maintaining accurate data in the CAFDEX system.
• Plan for the development and publication of AF Technical Orders to ensure future system sustainment capabilities.
• Oversee system test planning efforts as well as system patching requirements via Time Compliance Technical Orders and Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) patches.
• Support Cyber Sustainment Branch (HNID) and the HNI organic Product Support Integrator (PSI) by assisting HNI Project Management Offices in developing comprehensive Life Cycle Sustainment Strategies and documenting PSI service requirements.

Qualifications:
• 10 years of Acquisition Logistics Planning/ Execution experience.
• Thorough understanding of the acquisition lifecycle.
• Experience with the CAFDEX system.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
