Applied Research Solutions is seeking a full-time Protocol Specialist.

Job Responsibilities:
• The Contractor shall be able to advise and assist leadership with the development and implementation of protocol programs to include ceremonies, conferences, briefings, official and social functions, and high-level foreign and domestic visits. Functions commonly performed by individuals in this specialty may include the following:
o Develop and implement protocol and procedural guidance for program office leadership and other applicable personnel concerning proper protocol requirements for visiting dignitaries, military ceremonies, conferences, official meetings, briefings, etc.
o Coordinate and consolidate initiatives, plans, and actions into an integrated protocol program.
o Serve as protocol advisor to program office leadership, advising on the impact of protocol issues and problems.
o Plan, design, and implement specific and special protocol guidance based on pre-established goals.
o Perform or arrange to meet and greet high-ranking dignitaries upon their arrival and accompany them through various phases of their visit.
o Interface with AFLCMC, 66 ABG, Air Force, Department of Defense, and other Government agencies in planning and execution to ensure that all areas have been considered.
o Advises and provides counsel to employees regarding policies, procedures, and directives of management regarding protocol of associated Distinguished Visitor and organizational events.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
• Personnel supporting this requirement must have and maintain an active Secret security clearance
• Level II - GED, 4 years of experience in the respective profession being performed, 2 of which must be in the DoD.
