Applied Research Solutions is seeking a full-time Test Management contractor.

Job Responsibilities:
• The Contractor shall provide Validation and Verification (V&V) support services in accordance with the program’s Integrated Test Plan, program development/sustainment contracts, and PMO practices. Activities will vary depending upon the current activities of the program/system, scope of the current development/sustainment cycle, and other corporate and program initiatives.
• The Contractor shall provide V&V support services for effective management, in compliance with Air Force SEAM processes including AFI 99-103, Capabilities Based Test and Evaluation; and Major Command (MAJCOM), Center, and Directorate guidance. V&V includes all manner of testing including test and evaluation, demonstration, and certification activities.
• The Contractor shall provide test planning support services for C3I&N Directorate activities in compliance with DoD, Air Force, C3I&N and AFLCMC test instructions, policies, and procedures. Support requirements include, but are not limited to:
o Prepare test plans and procedures.
o Prepare TEMPs.
o Prepare and review test analyses.
o Prepare T&E segments of acquisition documentation.
o Monitor test events.
o Support certification test activities (e.g., Joint Interoperability Test Center [JITC]).
o Support training required to execute test activities.
o Support the execution of test cases, evaluations, and demonstrations.
o Review and analyze engineering performance analysis reports.
o Review and analyze measures of effectiveness and measures of suitability.
o Review and analyze engineering performance predictions.
o Review and analyze trade-off studies.
o Support FCAs/PCAs.
o Support the collection of test data during developmental and operational test events.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
• Personnel supporting this requirement must have and maintain an active Secret security clearance.

• Level II - BA/BS, 10 years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed, of which 3 years must be in the DoD, or 15 years of directly related experience with proper certifications as described in the Functionally Aligned Job Descriptions, 5 of which must be in the DoD.

• Level III - Advanced degree (MA/MS) and 12 years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed, of which 5 years must be in the DoD, or a BA/BS degree and 15 years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed, of which 5 year must be in the DoD, or 20 years of directly related experience with proper certifications as described in the Functionally Aligned Job Descriptions, of which 8 year must be in the DoD.
