Applied Research Solutions is seeking a full-time Training Management.

Job Responsibilities:
• The Contractor shall provide training evaluations that include assessments of and recommendations for improvements to system training, training equipment, simulator requirements, technical documentation, and equipment and simulator designs. Within the C3I&N Directorate, “simulator” is generally understood as a device or software that assists with training, such as web-based or computer-based training software or systems.
• Support training required to execute test activities.
• Assist with the delivery of operational and maintenance training.
• Support the development of program specific handbooks and training courses (including computer based training).
• Assists in training, implementation and execution of policies, practices and procedures through various venues, working groups, Integrated Process Teams (IPT), independent assessment visits, consultation visits, and tailored instruction.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
• Personnel supporting this requirement must have and maintain an active Secret security clearance.

• Level III - Advanced degree (MA/MS) and 12 years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed, of which 5 years must be in the DoD, or a BA/BS degree and 15 years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed, of which 5 year must be in the DoD, or 20 years of directly related experience with proper certifications as described in the Functionally Aligned Job Descriptions, of which 8 year must be in the DoD.
