Applied Research Solutions is seeking a full-time Program Manager Level III to work on-site at the MITRE Facility in Bedford, MA.

Job Responsibilities:
• Provide senior acquisition expertise to the Global ASNT program increments.
• Assist, develop, prepare and deliver to the Government compliant program management deliverables as required by DoDI 5000.02, AFI 63-101, Defense Business Systems, and other applicable guidance and directives to support all acquisition category program milestone reviews and program Integrated Master Schedule (IMS). This includes document support for Milestones A, B and C, as well as the Materiel Development Decision (MDD) and Post Milestone C Sustainment.
• Develop and review documents, including but not limited to Business Case Analysis, Program Charter and Enterprise Risk Assessment Methodology (ERAM).

Qualifications:
• Advanced Degree (MA/MS) and 12 years of Acquisition PM Experience, 5 years within the DoD or a BA/BS degree and 15 years of Acquisition PM experience, 5 of within must be in the DoD.
• Advanced knowledge, experience and recognized ability to be considered an expert in Acquisitions, possess the ability to perform tasks and oversee the efforts of junior and mid-level personnel.
• Demonstrated advanced knowledge of Acquisition.
• Comprehensive understanding and ability to apply associated standards, procedures and practices (Program Office, Enterprise and Staff Level Support interface).
